The basics: Eat well, exercise daily, keep hydrated, get your zzz’s and don’t sweat the small stuff.
- 1Always cleanse your face and neck before bed and make Skin-Loving Sleep Mask (SLSM) your final step.
- 2SLSM is dreamy on its own; however, in my “the more hydration, the better” mindset, I sometimes layer it on top of Skin-Loving Moisturizer; and when my skin really craves extra love and attention, I go for the triple-decker—Elixir, Moisturizer and Sleep Mask. I find this particularly helpful during seasonal shifts in weather and when I’m in drier climates.
- 3To prepare for hours of stale airplane air, I slather SLSM on my cleansed face and neck before boarding. And because skin loses so much water, I also try to drink lots of water before, during and after a flight.
- 4Aim for at least 7-8 hours of restful sleep nightly. It’s critical for body, mind and spirit. And don’t forget to dream!
