Can I place an order over the phone?

What should I do if I receive an error message at checkout?

If you receive an error message please try the following:

Contact your bank to make sure there are sufficient funds in your account.
Verify you are entering the credit card’s CVV and billing information correctly.
Verify your billing name, address and phone number matches that of the credit card used for payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), as well as PayPal and Sezzle.

Are your products accessible for the visually impaired?

Yes all of our products are designed for the visually impaired. All of our packaging was created using our CyR.U.S. System of Raised Universal Symbols., With simple, easy to recognize raised shapes on our packaging our customers can easily recognize each product.

Are your products cruelty free?

Victorialand Beauty and our suppliers do not currently test our products or ingredients used in our products on animals for cosmetic purposes. In addition, we do not use third parties to carry out any of those tests.

Are your products vegan?

Victorialand Beauty is proud to offer you the best in quality Cruelty-Free & Vegan beauty products.

All of our skin-loving products are Vegan except for the Skin-Loving Treatment for Eyes + Lips. This multi-purpose treatment contains beeswax; however, it is currently being reformulated to be 100% Vegan.

How do I get started with the Victorialand Rewards Program?

To get started, simply click on the icon in the upper righthand corner of the navigation menu to register an account. Also, click the magenta-colored widget in the lower righthand corner that says "Earn Rewards." You’ll earn 150 points just for signing up!

How do I track my rewards?

Track your Rewards points at any time by logging into your account. From there, you’ll be able to redeem your accumulated points for discounts on future purchases.

How do I redeem my points?

Redeem rewards by logging into your account, then going to Rewards. Simply follow instructions on how to apply your rewards discounts at checkout. Please note, Rewards Discounts cannot be combined with other on-going promotions or discounts.

How do I earn points for purchases?

Shopping with VLB: Earn 5 Rewards Points for every $1 spent on your Victorialand products purchased on the Victorialand Website. Points are not issued for any amount spent on taxes, shipping costs, the value of redeemed point discounts, or products purchased on Amazon.

Points Multipliers: Victorialand Shoppers can earn additional points for placing an order over $100, placing an order on their birthdays or on the anniversary of when their Victorialand Rewards account was created. Occasionally, Victorialand may offer additional points multipliers for shopping with the brand.

Engaging with the brand: Victorialand customers can earn additional points for leaving product reviews or sharing Victorialand on Facebook. Please refer to the Rewards page for the complete list of ways to earn points.

Referring Friends: Members of VLB Rewards can earn $5 coupon by inviting friends to shop with us. They’ll receive $5 coupon to use on their first purchase and you’ll receive a $5 coupon when they redeem your offer!

Do points expire?

Yes – points expire within 365 days of when they were earned. This includes the $5 coupons earned for referring friends or being referred to by a friend.

What happens if I return a purchase that used points? Can my reward be refunded to my account?

Please follow the steps of our return process; once your return has been processed, your points will be added back to your account.

Can I receive points for joining the rewards program if I already have an account?

Unfortunately, no. Welcome points are only available to new subscribers who join the Rewards program.

Are there ways to earn additional Rewards?

Customers can unlock a 10% Off Welcome discount when signing up for Victorialand email updates and a 15% Off discount when signing up for Victorialand SMS Updates.

How do I signup for Victorialand SMS Updates?

To signup for Victorialand SMS updates text the code VLB to (855) 946-4983 to receive 15% off your next purchase. By signing up for VLB SMS updates you are consenting to receive promotional and personalized text messages from Victorialand Beauty at the cellphone number provided when signing up. Reply "STOP" to stop receiving messages. Message and data rates may apply.

Can I use multiple coupon codes in one transaction?

Unfortunately, only one discount code can be used in a single transaction. Discount codes cannot be used during site-wide sales or promotions.
