4 Tips For Healthy Skin At Any Age

- Always Wash Your Face Before Going to Bed – I know how you feel when you’ve had a long, exhausting day and all you want to do is hit the sack. While that may feel good for the moment, you don’t want to do that. Before going to bed, it’s beneficial to wash and scrub off all the bacteria and impurities that have settled on your skin throughout the day and leaving makeup on can clog your pores. While honey is my go to for my routine, be sure to always wash your face before bedtime.
- Don’t Forget to Clean Your Brushes Weekly – Use your facial cleanser and warm water to disinfect your brushes and remove oil, dirt, makeup and bacteria that can clog your pores and can cause breakouts. Your skin will love you for it!

Fruits and vegetables contain vitamins to keep your skin looking its best. A diet full of omega-3 fatty acids will increase cell strength and improve your skin’s appearance. Try superfoods like salmon, broccoli and berries. Oh, and don’t forget to also get in the recommended eight 8-ounce glasses of water each day to stay hydrated!
